WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

“In my eight years of practicing yoga, I’ve been told countless things about the power of breath and yet I still didn’t care to truly and honestly experience my breath until this magical being Haseya drew it out from the depths of me this past year. She’s the only person who’s been able to speak to my stubbornness and my addictions and hold space for me so I could finally feel my emotions entirely. I’ve taken several of her Kundalini Breathwork challenges and it’s because of her own conviction and trust she has in this work that allows me to be truthful about my own integrity and excuses. Practicing sadhana in particular has been the quickest way to reach total meditation. And it’s something I had almost given up on in the past but because of how Haseya speaks to my soul, I was unable to resist this gift she has been sharing wholeheartedly. Forever grateful to learn more breath work as I know I still have a ways to go on this never ending breath journey. I believe we as humans need this practice in order to powerfully navigate through life.” -Monica Sigal

“I don’t even know how to begin to express how insightful a breath work session with Seya Pine is. Seya is a mirror to her clients and reflects so much beauty and strength we are still learning to harness in ourselves. I have been on the path of self-betterment for the last 10 years. I have read self-help books, attended 12-step programs, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, group therapy, one-on-one therapy, yoga, sound healing, and so on and so forth. Over the last decade I’ve found that somatic healing has been one of the most impactful forms of emotional trauma release I have experienced. It is obvious in the way that Seya holds space, she has extensive experience and education in energetic healing. If you are looking to dive deeper in to yourself, I highly recommend making an appointment with her.” -Tina Creswell

“I am so grateful that the universe had our paths collide. You are a magnificent teacher. I see it, I hear it, I can feel it every time you facilitate breathwork. Thank you for letting me be part of your workshop. When the hell do I sign up for the next one?!? My journey has been tremendous from when I met you at the beginning of the year at S&S. YOWSA...it's been quite the ride. I have learned SO much more about myself and loved seeing how the integration has played out. I'm feeling like I am in such a good place!!! I just wish we had more time together.”

“I decided to do the 5 week breath immersion to help with my Eating Disorder but it ended up helping not only that but so much more. I was able to forgive people that have hurt me, and know that my ED stemmed from not feeling good enough. Seya is amazing at what she does and I feel like I learned so much in the five weeks like my breath pattern, how to open up and be vulnerable and how to manage stressful situations. I was able to forgive a lot of people and I’m still working on forgiving myself but I feel so glad I did this and I want to continue doing breathwork! I’m so inspired by what you do and I’d love to become a breath facilitator because you’ve been there for me and the other ladies the whole time, supporting us and pushing us to get to those skeletons in our closets. I just wish it was longer! I feel so much more confident and in control in all areas of my life. I also feel like I tapped into my gifts and I’m starting to figure out my purpose from doing breathwork. You’re playlist was fire and I really enjoyed dancing before doing the breathwork. I loved everything about it and would definitely do it again. Everyone should do a breathwork immersion with you so they can bring all there hurt, painful situations to the surface to actually feel them instead of shoving it in the back.” - Anna McManus

“I have been taking Seya’s Breathwork class for about five months now and I feel compelled to give a testimonial about her and her class because it has transformed my life in such a powerful way. Just through the way that she facilitates the class, you are able to tap in breathing in areas of your body that you may have never been able to access and while that might not sound that exciting, it becomes something that is almost indescribable. I have never felt the way that I have felt when I’m in the class and it pulls out an authenticity and side of me that doesn’t show that easily. When i leave that class, i feel a new energy, I speak a new energy and i think if you’re open to it, a lot of the answers that you are seeking clarity to in your life come from the force of breath. So if you’re looking for a life change, or change in anything, really even if you want to tap in to your body and the power that you have inside of you, I can’t recommend Seya enough.” -Steph Jones
